'The selvedge edge of the New World Order',
Documenting the iconography of denim production and use in American cultural and economic history (and present in the Trump administration...)
Made as a monument to the visibility of denim in cult American culture, and to White Oak Cone Mills factory in North Carolina. It was the last selvedge denim factory in America, and closed at the end of 2017, resulting in wasted textiles and lost jobs and industry.
